The position
At EcoDim BV we are looking for someone who can speak to our business customers and support our field sales. We mainly focus on electrotechnical wholesalers and installers. Your tasks include answering customers' technical and service-oriented questions (by e-mail and telephone), processing orders, identifying sales opportunities, analysing the CRM system, accounts receivable management, preparing demo material and further support for the field sales team. And if you feel up to it and like it, you can also be deployed for field sales tasks such as visiting customers and giving product training sessions.
We will train you in specific LED dimming product knowledge. You do not need to have experience in this, but affinity with and knowledge of electrical engineering is preferred.

Company description
EcoDim B.V. is an importer and wholesaler of LED dimmers and specific LED lighting. The company originated from the webshop EcoBright, founded in 2013. Due to the increasing professional interest in led dimmers, the companies were split up a few years later so that EcoDim can purely serve the professional market (electrical wholesalers & installation sector).
We now work in a cosy, close-knit team with 12 colleagues. There is a familiar atmosphere with lots of fun on the shop floor and a real go-getter mentality. Every Friday afternoon at 16:00, we pull out a beer (or a glass of wine/fresh drink), we have our own bar (with dartboard, tennis table, Xbox and playseat) and a few times a year we go on a team outing.
